NISIDA-WIM Engineering is a 100% black woman-owned company, founded in response to a deliberate strategy of South African government to attract and empower women in the rail sector to expand the manufacturing base.

We entered the rail sector with the capacity to undertake projects relating to Refurbishment and upgrading of existing rolling stock and maintenance of Rail infrastructure.

NISIDA-WIM Engineering (Pty) Ltd was established in 2013, A Level 1 B-BBEE rated electrical engineering company based in Booysens, Johannesburg with a focus on AC Electric Motor Repair, DC Electric Motor Repair, Servo and Stepper Motor Repair, Special application new AC and DC motor design and manufacture, Redesign and upgrade existing Electric Motors, Commutator, and Slip Ring design, manufacture and reconditioning Brush Holder design, manufacture, and reconditioning Armature and field coil manufacture and repair.
